Attach clear photographs of the product and the original packaging, along with your order number, to help our butchers assess the quality concern.
- 3.Safe Storage
Keep the product in its original vacuum-sealed packaging and store it in your refrigerator or freezer while your return request is being processed.

Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement delivery at no extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
